Connecting Your Bank Account

The Bank Accounts section is your payout routing hub. It's where you configure the bank accounts that 100Pay sends your money to—whether automatically after each payment, or manually on demand.

Adding a local Nigerian bank account

  1. Go to Bank Accounts → Add New.
  2. Select the Local Banks tab.
  3. Choose your bank from the dropdown (e.g. Opay, First Bank, GTBank, etc.).
  4. Enter your account number.
  5. Click Verify – 100Pay will resolve and display your account name.
  6. Confirm and click Save Account.

Once verified, the account status changes from pending to verified and becomes eligible for payouts.

Adding an international bank account

For USD or other foreign currency payouts:

  1. Go to Bank Accounts → Add New → International Bank Account.
  2. Select your currency (e.g. US Dollar).
  3. Fill in:
    • Account Holder Name and type (individual or company)
    • Beneficiary address (address line, city, postal code, country)
  4. Fill in bank details:
    • Bank name (e.g. JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America)
    • Account type (checking or savings)
    • SWIFT / BIC code (e.g. CHASUS33)
    • IBAN / Account number
    • Bank address
  5. Click Add Recipient.

International accounts may take 1–3 business days to verify.

Account verification statuses

| Status | Meaning | |---|---| | pending | Account added but not yet verified by 100Pay | | verified | Ready to receive payouts |

Instant Payout vs Manual Payout

100Pay gives you two payout modes:

Instant Payout (ON)

New customer payments are automatically forwarded to your configured bank account immediately after settlement.

To enable:
Bank Accounts → Instant Payout toggle → ON

Manual Payout (OFF)

Funds remain in your 100Pay Checkout Balance until you trigger a payout manually:

Business → Checkout Balance → Withdraw

Tip: Keep manual payout enabled if you want to accumulate balances and do batch withdrawals to reduce bank transfer fees.
